LETTING LOCATION: 1109 South Marion Avenue POSTING DATES: 01/06/2025 and 01/13/2025 CONTRACT DAYS: 920 CONTRACT EXECUTION DAYS: 10 SPECIAL START DATE: N/A ACQUIS./FLEXIBLE START TIME: 15 Days (acq. time) The work under this Contract consists of the improvements to furnish, install and establish highway landscaping and irrigation at SR 20 from CR 315 to Rowlands Avenue. EXPERIENCE IN LANDSCAPING (FORM 850-070-09) MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED WITH THE BID. LUMP SUM. BID EXPRESS MANDATORY. District 2 Special Bid Requirements Please submit the following: 1. One (1) letter of reference from a government agency (non-FDOT) or an independent business which states the bidder has satisfactorily completed a landscape project of at least $500,000 as the Landscape Contractor. 2. Three (3) separate letters of endorsement from three (3) Registered Landscape Architects currently licensed in the State of Florida. Endorsements shall include the Landscape Architect's signature, license number, and description of landscape work performed. Note: All letters and endorsements shall be signed and dated within the last 5 years.
