NO PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD FOR THIS CONTRACT. CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE DOCUMENTATION: Expertise and Experience is required in the performance of Highway Lighting. The Experience in Highway Lighting Form (850-070-11) must be filled out and submitted with the bid. The form must be signed by the owner of the company or a company officer and dated in the space provided on the form.
