Description:
The work under this contract consists of all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to complete mowing, litter removal and disposal, edging and sweeping on the State Highway System in Indian River County. The summary of pay items for this project is listed in the Bid Price Proposal. •PRE-QUALIFIED: Contractor does not need to be pre-qualified. •PERFORMANCE BOND: A Contract / Performance bond is required for this project. •ADVERTISED ESTIMATE: The award amount and contract performance bond shall be based on the Department s advertised estimate amount of $325,000.00 and not the contractor s bid total. •GENERAL LIABILITY: The limits of coverage must not be less than $250,000 for each occurrence and not less than a $500,000 annual general aggregate, inclusive of amounts provided by an umbrella or excess policy. The limits of coverage described herein must apply fully to the work or operations performed under the Contract, and may not be shared with or diminished by claims unrelated to the contract. •WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE
