LETTING LOCATION: Tampa POSTING DATES: 12/30/2024 and 01/02/2025 CONTRACT DAYS: 30 CONTRACT EXECUTION DAYS: 10 SPECIAL START DATE: N/A ACQUIS./FLEXIBLE START TIME: 90 Days Acquisition The Improvements under this Contract consist of bridge deck repair and sealing, removal of existing platforms and ladders, and installation of pedestrian railings at Bridge No. 150243 SR 679 over Bunces Pass in Pinellas County. Note the Substituted Commercial General Liability Insurance requirements contained in section(s) 7-13.2 of the project Specifications. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE -- Bidders must be a "Small Business" as defined by FDOT. Small business size standards can be found at https://www.fdot.gov/equalopportunity/bdi.shtm. For more information about bidding on BDI projects, please see the training guide located at https://www.fdot.gov/equalopportunity/bdi.shtm Prequalification per Rule 14-22 is not required. Bidders must complete and submit the Small Business Affidavit (Form No. 275-000-01) for approval prior to receipt of bid documents.
