Kiepczynski Joins HNTB as Construction Services Department Manager

MILWAUKEE, WI — Ken Kiepczynski, PE, joins HNTB as Construction Services Department Manager, bringing more than 20 years of experience in construction engineering, inspection, and project management. Throughout his career, he has worked on some of Southeast Wisconsin’s largest and most complex projects including I-94 North-South Freeway in Milwaukee, Racine, and Kenosha counties, I-43 North-South in Milwaukee and Ozaukee Counties, the Wiscon Valley Development Roads, STH 50 Corridor Reconstruction, and the Zoo Interchange.

“Ken brings an impressive record of achievements and proven leadership experience to help our clients with their construction needs,” said Ashley Booth, HNTB’s Wisconsin Office Leader. “His deep understanding of the local transportation infrastructure landscape in Southeast Wisconsin will bring significant value to our clients.”

In his new role, Kiepczynski will lead significant transportation infrastructure projects for clients throughout the region, driving the advancement of large-scale initiatives aimed at enhancing mobility. This entails overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from scope development to cost and quality control and project management.

“With the growing construction market, Ken’s collaborative and innovative leadership style combined with his demonstrated expertise in team development and expansion will be vital to meet demand,” said Ryan Luck, PE, HNTB’s Construction Director and Associate Vice President.

Kiepczynski most recently served as a Senior Engineer with Milwaukee County’s Department of Administrative Services Airport Division. In this role, he provided engineering design and construction project management at General Mitchell Milwaukee International Airport. Prior to Milwaukee County, Kiepczynski spent 10 years as a Construction Manager with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, where he oversaw all aspects of construction delivery on a variety of projects.

Kiepczynski earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Wisconsin.
