Osier brings over 20 years of experience managing teams and complex engineering design projects. For the past six years, he has led HDR's Montana area resources business group, including several key projects focused on infrastructure design build. Prior to HDR, Osier was the Chief Operating Officer for Sherwood Design Engineers in San Francisco.

Osier holds an executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah and a bachelor's degree in engineering from Montana Tech. He serves as President of the Montana Society of Engineers and is a member of the Montana Tech Civil Department Industry advisory board.
