Douglas has spent the last 16 years in the construction industry, focusing primarily on health care construction in Iowa. Since graduating from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in construction engineering, Douglas has held roles as a Superintendent, Preconstruction Manager, and Project Manager working on and leading multiple projects.

In his new role as Project Executive, Douglas will help ensure collaboration between project teams, subcontractors, and consultants. He will focus on understanding and aligning all essential project goals. Douglas’s involvement will span both the preconstruction and construction phases, where he will assume overall responsibility for each project's outcome.
